Family Promise is hiring a Family Case Manager. The primary responsibility of a FPGV Case Manager is to provide direct service support and crisis intervention services to families who are currently or at risk of experiencing homelessness and those guests who have recently graduated from the Family Promise of Gallatin Valley program. The Case Manager is valued as a highly responsible professional who will provide assessments, management and advocacy services to our guests.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Social Work or related degree
  • Experience in social work, child and family development, or the human service field
  • Previous experience working directly with low-income or those experiencing homelessness preferred
  • Valid MT drivers’ license and clean driving record
  • Professionalism, maturity, crisis management, sense of humor, the ability to work under crisis situations, as well as the capacity and competence to relate with a diverse population
  • Bilingual would be a plus

Compensation & Benefits

$14.50./hr – $19.55/hr ($30,160 – $40,664) DOE. Excellent benefits package includes: $500 monthly contribution toward agency sponsored health insurance, up to 3% SIMPLE IRA retirement match, 120 hours of PTO per year, 6 paid holidays and a paid week off between December 25-January 1.
